well, my first day of graduate classes went ok. I have a 10-20 page paper to write for one class and for another one of my classes I have to write a 25 page paper. I have no idea what my third class will be like. But I can tell you that I will probably have another huge paper to write. All my tests are essay ones. Oh boy. Its gonna be a busy semester. The prof for my civil class wrote one of the books that i have to read. I have like 100 pages to read for class next tuesday. oh boy. I will let you know how the semester goes. I am sure you will get a lot of frustration. Oh, one of my profs do not like giving out paper syllabus because it waste paper and harms the environment. So its online. I guess I will have to print off a copy of the syllabus when I have time. I know what I will be doing tomorrow. Start reading and start looking for topic for my various papers.

Well, the day is finally here. I start classes tomorrow. My first graduate class starts at 11. My second graduate class is at 6:30. I am also an official LU graduate. I received my diploma in the mail saturday. so everything worked out. I was afraid that something would go wrong. But I am happy. I just need to call the registar's office and talk to them about the diploma. You see it kind of got bent and winkled when it was mailed to me. I have no idea what they would do, but I just want them to know about it.

I just looked at the weather for this week. Yeah, there are going to be a lot thunderstorms this week. Its supposed to have thunderstorms tonight, tomorrow, and some other days this week. There is a tornado watch in kansas city which is like a couple of hours north of me. There is also a lot of flooding watching. There is totally different weather situations here than in TX or in CALI. I hope I can deal with it. I just need to drive extremely safe and careful. Now the tv is calling for hail sometime after midnight. oh well.

the newspaper here has alot of information for college students. they have information on what to do off campus. the have information on how to keep of the freshman 15, how to get a lot of sleep and things like that. I think that is cool. the only one that is of interest to me is the stuff to do off campus. The news said 17000 student are enrolled this year. they said thats 100 more than last year. Thats a lot of people. thats a lot more than LU. There are 3100 graduate stuents. that is a lot of graduate students.

Well that is about all for now. I will let you know how my classes go tomorrow. I will be heading out of here about 10:30. I think that should work. I cant forget that.
